Classes at CFCV

All classes are coached by certified CrossFit trainers and designed to be completed by athletes of any fitness level.

CrossFit

Our flagship program. Each session includes a warm-up, skill/strength work, and a Workout of the Day (WOD). Expect barbells, pull-ups, running, rowing, and constantly varied stimuli that build real-world fitness.

Open Gym

Available during select hours. Use the space and equipment to pursue your individual goals — accessory work, extra skill practice, or makeup sessions. Coach availability varies.

Training for the Open, Quarterfinals, or a local competition? Our experienced coaching staff can help you dial in strategy, pacing, and movement standards.

Hi Guys! I'm Kyle, I'm the Owner here at CFCV. I go by Coach, Kyle, Bubba. I've been doing Crossfit since the fall of 2015 and been in the fitness industry for over 10 years.

I started coaching helped open CrossFit FCC in December of '15, then purchase and rebranded in 2019.

CrossFit has changed my life in the way I see and love people, and has impacted me in a profound way. I love coaching and empowering people to become more than they ever knew they could be. I enjoy teaching the details of all fitness and I love Sushi, Dogs, and Jesus.

Hey y'all! I'm Kira and I've been a member of the Yote Pack since 2019. I fell in love with CrossFit and the best part of my day is coaching the evening classes. I enjoy doing local competitions and am currently training for my first Ironman 70.3. My favorite movements include devil presses, snatches, burpees and wall balls. My favorite movements are double unders, handstand push ups and dumbbell snatches. If I'm not in the gym I'm probably enjoying a nap, traveling, or eating!

I'm Dre - I've been doing CrossFit since 2015, and coaching since 2018. I've been playing sports my whole life - soccer, basketball, swimming, running and skiing were my early passions. My favorite movement is the deadlift, whereas snatching is still one life's great mysteries to me. You can find me in the early morning classes - I'm the one always trying to sneak old-school disco tracks into our workout playlist.

Hey everyone! My name is David Kong (also known as, DK). I started CrossFit back in 2017 and started coaching in 2021. My favorite CrossFit movements are pistols and/or any sort of squats (#LegDay). I love Jesus, my beautiful girlfriend Alysia, music, coffee, and ice cream (don't tell Kyle). I find joy in meeting new friends and helping people become the best versions of themselves. When I'm not at the gym, you'll find me being a mom and an educator. I live for clean and jerk days—just don't ask me how I feel about dumbbell box step overs!

I'm Shashank! I found my way to CFCV in 2022 and got hooked on the strength, endurance, community, and that unmistakable sound of barbells hitting the floor. I stepped into a coaching role in 2025 and I'm passionate about helping athletes refine technique, build strength, and gain confidence under the bar—whether that's achieving your first pull-up or hitting a new PR. Expect high energy, strong attention to movement, and plenty of encouragement. Show up, work hard, and let's get better together!

Jamii North

I'm Jamii! I've spent the last decade racing elite duathlons—multiple Nationals podiums and World Championships appearances. While I'm happiest on two wheels, I discovered CrossFit nearly three years ago and now coach with my background in rehab sciences and endurance coaching. I'm passionate about helping athletes balance intensity with long-term resilience. Clean and jerks and wall balls are my favorite movements, but pull-ups? Not a fan! When I'm not coaching, you'll find me on my bike, coaching other athletes, hanging with my two cats and dog, or enjoying a cocktail with friends.
