Hi Guys! I'm Kyle, I'm the Owner here at CFCV. I go by Coach, Kyle, Bubba. I've been doing Crossfit since the fall of 2015 and been in the fitness industry for over 10 years
I started coaching helped open CrossFit FCC in December of '15. then purchase and rebranded in 2019
CrossFit has changed my life in the way I see and love people, and has impacted me in a profound way. I love coaching and empowering people to become more than they ever knew they could be. I enjoy teaching the details of all fitness and I love Sushi, Dogs, and Jesus.

I’m Jules! I started CrossFit in 2018 and have been coaching since the fall of 2020. I’ve loved helping people to meet their goals and encouraging them to feel confident in who they are! My favorite movements are double unders, handstand push ups and dumbbell snatches. If I’m not in the gym I’m probably enjoying a nap, traveling, or eating!

I’m Dre - I’ve been doing CrossFit for four years, and coaching since 2018. I’ve been playing sports my whole life - soccer, basketball, swimming, running and skiing were my early passions. My favorite movement is the deadlift, whereas snatching is still one life’s great mysteries to me. You can find me in the early morning classes - I’m the one always trying to sneak old-school disco tracks into our workout playlist. Official class clown of CFCV.

Hey, I’m Kira! I started doing CrossFit at CFCV in fall 2019, and have been coaching since Feb 2021. I love heavy dumbbell snatches, bench press, and wall balls. Outside of the gym, I work at a solar startup in San Jose and I love snowboarding, relaxing in the sun, and learning new things.

Hey everyone! My name is David Kong (also known as, DK). I started CrossFit back in 2017 and started coaching in 2021. My favorite CrossFit movements are pistols and/or any sort of squats (#LegDay). I love Jesus, my beautiful girlfriend Alysia, music, coffee, and ice cream (don’t tell Kyle). I find joy in meeting new friends and helping people become the best versions of themselves. So come say hi and let’s do a fun workout together!

Sup guys! I was born and raised in San Jose with a passion for teaching kids. Whether it's Math, burpees, bible verses or anything in between. I love exploring the outdoors, building things with my hands and spending time with my family (blood or otherwise). My favorite movement in the gym is burpees... just kidding, it's anything involving barbells.
